For those who were seeking to buy a Smartband, there is a big
news. Samsung has slashed the price of Galaxy Gear Fit by Rs. 3,350 in India. Now
the Gear Fit is available at a price of Rs. 12,100 from the previous price of Rs. 15,450. The
Gear Fit with the slashed price will be available at the company’s store in
India.
Samsung had announced the Gear Fit with two more smartwatches,
Gear 2 and Gear Neo. The other smartwatches have not received any price cuts so far.
The Gear Fit features a1.84 inches curved Super AMOLED touch
display with a resolution of 432X128 pixels. It weighs 27 grams and is approximately 11.95 mm thick.
The Gear fit is IP67 Certified so it is
dust-proof and waterproof and can stay in water of depth upto 1 meter for upto
30 minutes. The Gear Fit comes with heart rate monitor, a pedometer and a sleep
monitor and is powered by a 210 mAh battery.
